Refund and Returns Policy

Mariyam Stylin, your satisfaction is our priority. If you’re not happy with your purchase, we’re here to help.


1. Return Eligibility

You can request a return or exchange within 7 days of receiving your order if:

  • The item is unused, unworn, unwashed, and in its original packaging with tags.

  • You received the wrong item or a defective/damaged product.

Non-returnable items include:

  • Innerwear, accessories, or customized products

  • Items bought during clearance or final sales


2. How to Initiate a Return

To start a return, please email us at support@mariyamstylin.com with:

  • Your order number

  • Reason for return

  • Photos (if item is damaged or incorrect)

Our team will respond within 24–48 hours with instructions.


3. Return Shipping

  • For damaged/incorrect items: We’ll arrange a free pickup or reimburse your return shipping costs.

  • For size or preference-based returns: Return shipping costs will be borne by the customer.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service to avoid delays or lost parcels.


4. Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your return:

  • If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days.

  • Refunds are made to the original payment method or as store credit, based on your preference.


5. Exchange Policy

We offer size and item exchanges if the requested product is in stock. If not, a full refund or store credit will be provided.


6. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet:

  1. Check your bank account again.

  2. Contact your payment provider (some take time to post).
